What you get

Every successful render produces a 7-second vertical MP4 with a 9:16 aspect ratio that loops seamlessly from end to beginning. You choose 480p or 720p before processing, and both cost the same credit. Exports carry no watermark and no audio track, so the file is ready for sound design or a direct upload.

  • 7-second seamless loop at 9:16
  • 480p or 720p MP4 without a watermark
  • Silent file with no embedded audio track

What makes a usable input photo

The end result depends mostly on the photo. Use one well-lit still with exactly one person or one pet, both arms or front paws inside the frame, and no heavy motion blur or obstruction. Uploads must be JPG, PNG or WebP and no larger than 5MB.

  • One person or one pet per photo
  • Both arms or front paws fully inside the frame
  • JPG, PNG or WebP, 5MB maximum

How credits and pricing work

One generation costs one video credit, whichever resolution you pick. Credits come from one-time packs priced in USD and never expire, with no recurring subscription. Pick Single at $4.99 for 1 video, Trio at $9.99 for 3 videos, or Creator at $19.99 for 7 videos.

  • 1 credit per render, at 480p or 720p
  • Credits never expire
  • Single $4.99 · Trio $9.99 · Creator $19.99

What happens when a render fails

If a generation fails because of a system or processing error, the credit you spent is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to open a support ticket to get it back. If the same photo keeps failing, email support@bicepheartai.pro with the task details.

  • Automatic credit restoration on failed generations
  • No manual claim required
  • Support: support@bicepheartai.pro

Known limits

  • Single subject only: photos with two or more people or pets are not supported.
  • Both arms or paws should stay visible; a cropped limb limits motion accuracy.
  • The length is fixed at 7 seconds and cannot be shortened or extended.
  • Exports are silent; music and voice-over are added outside the tool.
  • Maximum output is 720p, and there is no separate upscaling option.
